By placing an order for the Contest, you warrant that:
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
You are at least 18 years old and you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to access the Services.
All the Customers shall ensure that the mobile number(s), e-mail address and/or other details provided by them to Shoppinghub9 via the website/ or otherwise are true, accurate and in use, at the time of the online retail transaction. Any liability, consequence or claim arising on account of any incorrect or outdated information provided by the Customers/ Customers to Shoppinghub9, the same shall solely be borne by the affected/concerned Customers/ Customers. Shoppinghub9 shall not and is not liable to verify the accuracy and/or correctness of the information so provided by the Customers.


  • Shoppingub9 Return & Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on Shoppinghub9 within thirty (30) days of the receipt. In case of return of the purchased item, please refer to the “Return Policy” or write to returns@shoppinghub9.com.
  • The expected delivery duration will be mentioned at the time of booking.
  • By participating in this Contest, all eligible Customers Customers agree to be bound by the “Terms of Use” and other relevant documentation that are available on Shoppinghub9 including any modifications, alterations or updates.
  • If Shoppinghub9 has suspicion or knowledge, that any Customers have been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity directly or indirectly during or after the  “Contest”, Shoppinghub9 reserves the right to any related Customers.
  • Shoppinghub9 shall not be responsible if some purchase is not registered or is lost due to any network problems such as the breakdown of machinery, unclear/ disruption in the network of payment from banks/BHIM UPI/or the cost(s) charged by the network operator(s). Any dispute in connection to the same shall be settled between the end customer and the network operator without involving Shoppinghub9.
